Minor changes to improve the performance of the app
Hello! I really like this app it's so useful and simple, but since I updated it for 2013 it's been giving me a lot of problem I tried ordering and it wouldn't let me so I had to call their expensive 0844 number to make my order. Also since the update I can't see my statement (what I've ordered in the pass or present) which I find very silly because I don't have paper statement, trying to do my bit in the world by saving paper. I really don't like the new app I even use to be able to print parts of my statement now I can't, all I can do is make payments or change my details and order not pleased as I would like to see what I'm paying for and if they made any mistakes in my account as they have done in the past. I do love next I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression because their products are fantastic! I just need them to add the statement part back onto the app!
Pile of crap
I can look at stuff, which is good but I left for a minute and all the stuff in my bag was gone. Before the update for 2013 stuff would leave my bag within 7 hours. NOW LISTEN NEXT WHEN I PUT SOMETHING IN MY BAG IT SHOULD STAY THERE COS IT CAN'T GROW BLOOMIN' LEG AND BLOOMIN' ARMS AND RUN OFF TO GOODNESS KNOWS WHERE DOING GOODNESS KNOWS WHAT!!!!!!!!! So sit back and read this comment a BILLION TIMES and say "we're gonna need a change." 5 words that can make an angry mob into tree huggin' hippies!!!!! SO READ THIS TEXT AGAIN AND SAY THOSE FIVE WORDS LOUD AND CLEAR FOR EVERYONE TO HEAR!!!!!!!!!!! That is all I SHOULD NEED to say.
Worst Retail App Ever
This has to be the most frustrating app for any shop or retailer! I've tried to keep using but end up shouting at the screen every time. It's ok until you try to pay. Got a gift card - don't bother as it won't accept it. Try an American Express card which it says it will accept - it's a lie, it won't recognise it. Phone the helpline and they tell you that they won't accept gift cards and you have to go into a store. Er excuse me Next, but the point of using an app is so you don't have to go into a store! Oh and then when you move from one page to another it's asks you to sign in again every time. I really like Next goods but this app will stop me shopping there in the future.
