Brilliant app for anyone to use


I started using this app at the beginning of Feb this year because I decided it was time to get fitter. I’d never done very much exercise, but didn’t want to go to a gym. The workouts are excellent and you have the opportunity to start a programme of them which is tailored to you, which I did. The only slight downside is that when I try to save workouts to Favourites, it works at the time, but when I log back in again, none of them are there. I’ve now also started using the Nike Run Club app, which is equally good. I would highly recommend this app to anyone, no matter what their level of fitness.

Great App, unfortunately not a 5*


I’ve used both Nike Running and Nike Training for a number of years and the various types of exercises and programs are fantastic. The reason that I can’t give the app 5* is because 1. Stability issues -continually crashing, continual issues with downloaded programs (either won’t download or once downloaded and marked as a favourite it disappears and I then have to download again) also I’m not sure if there are a limit on downloaded programs but I have a 256gb iPhone for a reason I won’t my downloaded programs when I want to use them without having to worry if they will be stored or not.

2. An app like this must have Apple Watch compatibility.

3.lastly, if i start a program on Nike it run it cancels any program I begin on Nike training you should be able to use both app designed programs without the other cancelling the other.

Address the above 3 issues and it will be a 5* fitness app hands down
