The app is really good. It’s very easy to use and a very fast response. Was told within two working days but thought I’d check again while having a tea break. Like I say fast response and is very easy to use. Only reason no five stars is I think if a person was talking face to face they can understand people and get to know people a bit more. I didn’t get the loan amount I requested but at least gmb where still willing to help as I’m halfway through home improvements before selling my property, after all it’s a good time for sellers and buyers right now so stoke while the irons hot. I’m not going to hold anything against gmb for that. I’m a first time application and not a perfect credit score but what they offered will definitely help so thank you
