So far so good


I’m really liking this app, losing 1/2 a week and I like the tips and psychology about changing engrained bad habits. It’s nit like being on a Diet’ but looking to change behaviour long term. The group and personal coach features are good too, to help you keep on track. I feel more confident about keeping going and making good food and exercise choices in the future. We’ll see but got no we’ll.

I love this app. It works effortlessly with my health app and the daily tasks make sticking to my goals really easy. I lost 7lbs in my first week just down to the fact the app got me up and moving every single day. Can’t recommend the way it works enough. Give it a shot

Workout Tracking


The app used to have a reasonably good exercise tracker and maintained a history of exercise carried out. This appears to have been deleted/removed. Not a positive move in my view because I used it to motivate fitness an maintain a stable weight much more than just calorie counting.
