Unhelpful app online support

I recently joined with the Nuffield health one membership. Having joined at our local club at Wolverhampton I have been happy with the staff and facilities there. However problems exist with the inaccuracy and faults of Nuffield health apps. My virtual GP health app had my surname spelt incorrectly which wasn’t a major problem to solve but I am battling to get online support for my bookings app to recognise they have a problem with their app. My home club on both my membership page and on the home page for bookings is showing an incorrect Home club as Sunbury. Despite several attempts to get online support to acknowledge they have a problem they continue to bat the issue back my way! Giving fairly patronising advice like ‘reload the app’ ‘turn your phone off & on’. Having to prove to online support it is not my issues but their issue is infuriating and somewhat insulting. Please get your app sorted!!

Good App but has international time bug


Works great at home as I use it most days. Occasionally it is slow to load but 99% of time it works well. The issue I have is when I travel outside of the UK time zone. It rolls back the days of the week 1 day. For example all the classes which I know are Tuesday classes are at their correct times but the app tells me they are on the Monday, which they are not. I can still book them ok for the day they actually take place but it should just be the same as when I am at home. This is the 3rd time zone this has happened, it does not matter if I am 1 hour ahead or 7 hours ahead.

Doesn't work and NH can't help


Joined NH after a good show and tell by staff but appears that after signing up customer service does not exist!

App kept saying I'm not a member, spoke to gym 3-4 times, then head office who said IT will need to look into it. I can now log in but just has a blank screen on classes so can't book anything without calling the gym! Staff keep saying there are many technical problems with the app so not uncommon I've emailed support but yet to hear back. I can't review actual app as I haven't used it but my wife who joined same time has hers working and says it's ok.

Still within 14 days cooling off period so if app and service still poor I'll cancel and look for another gym for both of us! Hope Nuffield sort it out, I had high hopes!!
