This is very helpful for me as I never know when I am working or going out! The app is easy to use. All you have to do is select your ticked and then buy it (it’ll give you the option to save your card for future use) once you paid for your mTicket it will appear in your ticket wallet on the app all you have to do is click activate and you’re ready to go. Just simply get on the bus and point your phone at the driver. I was worried at first that drivers would find it weird and not accept my ticket but so far I’ve been using it for a week and it’s been going really well. All the drivers recognise my ticket. No problems so far.
Great idea, now roll it out to existing monthly customers
Over the last year, I have lost 4 monthly appear passes, and every time I pay £12 for a replacement. While I admit it’s my fault for losing it, I can pay £44 for a month’s travel in Dundee. This would be great if I could take my current paper ticket account and add it to my phone, it would save them so much in paper and postage fees, but if I want this app to be useful, I need to either buy from the app (£45 for 4 weeks as of this review), and cancel my direct debit, or keep relying on post and paper tickets.
It would be amazing if I could finally ditch my paper card and I’d ticket, and just carry them on my mobile.
Good, still needs more.
I’ve been using this app for a long time. It’s probably saved me a small fortune and It’s easy to use.
However I’m still waiting for Apple Pay to integrated as a payment option. It’s would make buying tickets even faster.
I also really like how you can go straight to your active ticket using the force touch display on my iPhone 8. It makes pulling up my ticket so much faster. But would still like to see an Apple wallet integration, so your ticket can be pulled up from the lock screen.
Get all of your passes, tickets, cards, and more in one place.
