What we do affects how we feel. This helpful app will help you to identify the ways in which the things you do affect how you feel and will lead you through 9 questions that ask you to identify how you feel about the things you have to/need to/want to do in your daily/weekly routine.
Results will then identify if you may be experiencing occupational balance, occupational deprivation or occupational overload and offers tips and links that may help you based on occupational therapy philosophy and principles.
Keep a diary of your activity (occupations), rate your experience of these using the diary facility and store them to have a record of your activity over time in order to achieve and maintain occupational balance.

Ratings and Reviews
The answers for the questions are poor, and the answers are not useful! I would not recommend this to patients to use or anyone! I found it hugely patronising and does not make occupational therapy look good or cutting edge! I actually cannot believe what hype this is getting for what it is! 0/10
Good introduction to occupation
Really nice, simple way to introduce people to the notion of occupation and their everyday life. Cute layout and easy to use.
