Good app, has flaws

The app itself is good. Clear and easy instructions and the polls are usually quite interesting ones. However the polls aren't always accessible and sometimes come up with error messages. I've never cashed out before so not to sure how that works yet but it looks pretty simple. 4 stars.

2nd review. Sometimes still coming up with the error message that the pulse has closed but not as often. Easy enough to cash out but I've found there's not as many paid pulses as there used to be. Not overly sure on what the 'groups' part is about but generally the app overall works well. Stays at 4 stars

3rd review. Not so many error messages now, just crashes. Certain pulses make my app crash and put me back to the home page. Still nowhere as many paid pulses as there used to be, and if I do get a notification to say there is one, if it takes me more than 15 mins to get to it it's usually closed. Reduced to 3 stars.

It’s Okay but feels like a con

I got this app because a relative said she enjoyed taking short surveys and get a little cash for the pleasure. She recommended me to try it so I downloaded and was instantly hooked. The surveys / polls are short and sweet and they don’t ask for too much personal information. The downside is that even after doing the paid surveys it doesn’t add it to my account. It’s very sneaky and to be honest it makes you feel like you’ve been ripped off. What should I spend the time to fill out a survey and then get cheated out of the promised pay out? This has happened several times now and I think it may be a way of getting users to delete their account before they reach the cashing out minimum. So far it feels like a con and wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. It also favours a female audience as my relative makes a lot more money out of it as she gets more surveys sent to her. Guys don’t waste your time!

Extremely Poor Customer Service That's Getting Worse

I've had this app since early on and it has gone massively downhill, notably since the change from £ to $, particularly with regard to 'help'. There have also been far few paid Pulse since the change. If you're lucky you actually get a generic response to an issue, but often you just don't get a response or it's so buried in the feed that you don't see a response. Apparently it's perfectly normal to go from notification of every Pulse that is available to me, to zero notifications. Apparently this is normal as you don't get notifications for all Pulses. I could accept that as an explanation if I hadn't gone from all to nothing. It's quite clear there are regular issues with notifications as there are plenty of complaints on social media. I'm seriously considering just deleting the app now as it's getting to be more hassle than it's worth.
