No Longer Working Properly
I use it every day and it's stopped working properly since the refit at Maddox Street a couple of weeks ago. Really irritating. Service not great either
Not guaranteed to get what you have ordered!
The App has got underdeveloped Admin side which does not allow the shops to amend the availability of their stock. Why should that matter to you? Because you will order items that are not available anymore and still be charged for them. And if you order for any time past lunch, there is also a big chance that once you go to collect your salad there will be no substitutes left for the missing items. Also if you place order early that won't solve the problem as your order will only be visible to the shop team 15 min before collection time! Dear Orogo please work on the admin provisioning for the shops to allow them stock updates otherwise there is no benefit in using your app.
First use. No lunch!
Clearly the first 7 people to rate this were someway associated with design or owner if the app.
Firstly when creating an account there was no second entry of the password! Fairly poor if you ask me
Secondly I attempted to use to buy my lunch. I am still hungry. I entered my card details on checkout at received no confirmation or the like. I went to pick up lunch and nothing was there. 'Luckily' the developers of the app were at the shop I visited. Arrogantly they told me that I wasn't charged and they could see my transaction so not to worry! They also told me I should not use wifi and only use 3G. Unfortunately I don't have 3G in my building so no point to eat at the shop or use Te app again.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
