This is hand-drawing "Otoblock" rhythm machine!
You can choose 12 types of blocks, and fill it in the blank to make various rhythm patterns.
"Rhythmushi" will dance with you when the performance-mode was selected.
oTo no omocha series.
I have every single app by this bloke. He's a smart dude and this is a lovely very usable drum machine. Incredible fun, and thoughtful. Most things can be picked up very easily but I can't find a tempo change - maybe someone can?
Either way, this and the other apps are works of art combined with a practical element that can offer up new ways of thinking about and making music. More please!
Surprisingly fully featured, and totally usable even if you can't read the symbols! I would pay for a version of this app with more features, for sure.
fun, diverting and nice to experiment with
Great graphics and nice sounds.
Not sure I would use it for 'real' recording but it is quite nice for getting inspired...
Not quite sure what all the symbols mean but half the fun is in the discovery (there is actually quite a lot of flexibility contained within the simple idea).
Great stuff Naruse-san!
