1) Plan your trip:
- Search for your route to get from A to B, anywhere in France.
- Compare the different trips available to reach your destination and choose the right one for you.
- Find your favourite transport options: public transport (metro, bus, RER, Transilien, tramway), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV Inoui, OUIGO, TGV Lyria, Thalys, Eurostar, etc.), coaches (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) and carpooling (Blablacar).
- Save your favourite trips to save time.
2) Book your tickets and subscription plans:
- Buy all your train tickets, cards and subscription plans (including regional subscription plans).

Ratings and Reviews
Repeating problem
When it works, I find this app easy to use and very helpful. But over the last few days (when I had 2 journeys to make), I keep being blocked as a potential robot. This is irritating but then it has proved impossible to pass the test to show I am a human being! I move the slider on the image or type the numbers I hear on audio but I keep being told I have got it wrong. The only thing I can do is delete the app and start all over again!
Also the process for claiming compensation for a delayed journey is very bureaucratic. The app keeps notifying me that I am entitled to claim compensation which means the delay is already recognised on the system. But I have to fill in a form providing all my details again and am asked for a ticket number which I cannot find anywhere.
If only other transport apps were even close
Arm yourself with patience if you try to book many months in advance… INOUI tickets are only released a few months in advance. Some good prices and some not so great but INOUI tickets offer the best flexibility. Then this app makes the rest a breeze. Top quality app if you ask me.
Terrible app to book train tickets
The new version of the app tries to do too many things and therefore doesn’t do well what it’s supposed to do: help travellers see train times and book train tickets.
The navigation to book a ticket is very confusing, the search has replaced filters, and it’s quite challenging to define trip and see options. On top of that, it’s adding a random walking time before train departure and doesn’t take into account delays, so you can’t book a train last minute. Not sure how this app was QAed and tested with users, but probably some more work to do with user journeys and UX on specific jobs to be done.
