We're working hard to make the app more reliable, faster and easier to use. In this release we've worked on bug fixes, stability and performance improvements.

Waste of Time


I changed address and moved from Boost to the OVO app. Even though I’ve been at this address for over three months, the app stills displays ‘Track My Switch’ and only ever takes me to the main website. I contacted OVO about this, because even when I’d even made my first direct debit it still did this! They apologised but told me IT could take a little while to rectify this. I don’t mind a fair delay but c’mon guys... over two months? Not the usual customer service I’m used to from you! I didn’t even want to award one star but that’s the minimum allowed

You can't see the live usage data. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not fix the problems. Contacting customer services at OvoEnergy was a waste of time. More than 10 days later, they still have not responded.
The current version (unlike the previous version) does not work in landscape mode which is an inconvenience if you prefer to use your table in landscape mode.

Good app does all stuff I want


Good app does all stuff I want. To all people on iOS I too was having log in problems. But did some looking around only phone found that the app had a corrupt data after the update due to way apple roll out updates. So I deleted the app and rebooted phone then reinstalled. This sited out problems
