Almost there, but muddied by a Poor Design choices

As others have said, this app is downright depressing. It used to be unique, fun and productive, but now feels like a cop-out. In other words, I'm still not feeling any love for the design or implementation.

Interesting how the more things change the more they stay the same. In this case, a horrible UI for navigation. As others have pointed out, the UI was unique, but now is not.

You can almost see the designers trying desperately not to lose face, by slowly returning to the neater notebook metaphor of Version 2. Can you please provide some glue to hold the pages in the notebook as they seem to have been scattered across the desk.

I still don't like the app, and it is now relegated to the furthest corner of my iPad in the hope that one day, you'll tell us it was all a bad dream Bobby.

Interesting how they say, "We've been taking a hard look at all the reviews and feedback over the last year..." me thinks you are looking for a way to save face. I also think that my opinion of what was once nice, simple and unique is not likely to change anytime soon, even if you take a good hard look at the reviews and feedback.

I'm am still an ex user, that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it

Great App - looking forward to 4.0

I love this interface. I note other users comments that not all enhancements are positive. But for me the core simplicity remains.

Card management is the key now for me: Allow 'SELECTION of multiple cards' in Grid view THEN options for : delete; export; save to new - this would be super helpful. Duplicate to grid one at a time and then deleting is laborious.

+ an option to "add new card to start/end of grid"

I use this for ALL business note taking because the interface is a pleasure. Export to Evernote is great but need to allow card selection functionality beforehand. I note the pdfs are pretty big so quality option could be helpful. Bit of a wish list but I have paid the extra to support development.

Good for presentation when a less formal interface is required. It's great for sketching out concepts in real-time.

The ability to annotate over images is great. Thanks for the info on multiple import in the feedback.

Looking forward to 4.0!

What happened??!!

I must admit, I've been off the iPad for some time now in favor of my MacBook. I've returned simply for this app alone as it was a great tool for jotting down ideas, it's fluid and intuitive interface and it also got a bit of a wow factor when used in front of clients.

Now, it just feels cumbersome to use. Almost as if the need for additional features justifies the validity of the product. It was pretty perfect as it was. No need to fix it or bloat it out with unnecessary features, especially at the detriment of the overall experience.

The beauty of the original version was its simplicity and I fear the team running the show now have misplaced the essence of what made paper such a success in the first place.

It's akin to when startups get acquired and have their core principals hollowed out by corporations who have no vision except profits.

I miss the page flip interface. This new tile option feels like it's adhering to a trend forecast rather than its real users.

I'm hoping for a roll back but until then, this is being removed.
