Tracking data is collected on our server, so you will get it right to your device with a tap of a button. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, your can user barcode scanner which is available right in the app. With the unique carrier automatic recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds.

You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access ( - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store.

Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings).

Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. If you choose to purchase premium subscription, payment will be charged to your iTunes account, and your account will be charged for renewal 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the iTunes Store after purchase. Custom notification sounds
You can select from six different notification sounds in the app settings to be used for Parcel on all of your iOS and macOS devices.

Full support for app icon badges
Once you open the app, it will clear badges on all other devices (iOS and macOS). Notifications from Parcel will be cleared on all other devices as well (iOS only, macOS does not support that unfortunately).

Improved notifications for watchOS
Notifications on Apple Watch now have delivery title explicitly displayed.

Improved background refresh in watchOS
If you have Parcel in your Dock or on your watch face, it will update its data in background far more reliably.

Excellent app for iPad, iPhone and Watch

Have used this app for a few years now and have it installed on my
iPad, iPhone and Watch.

As someone who has quite a lot of deliveries both sent and received via tracked mail, either within the UK or internationally, I find having one simple app to keep track of everything, no matter which postal service used, fantastic.

Push notification updates are a real plus too.

Really useful for an incoming delivery from abroad when I don't know in advance what day delivery might be attempted. Parcel will alert me (depending on the carrier) often long before the dispatch agent does.

Dec 2017 update:
Royal Mail have apparently added functionality to their track & trace service which now prevents this and other 3rd Party apps from accessing tracking info. This is a massive shame as I predominantly use Royal Mail services when I am sending items myself. Of course many companies I buy from use competing providers so I can still track those coming to me but the lack of Royal Mail functionality, no fault of this app, is a major blow. I would strongly recommend app developers try and speak with Royal Mail to see if they can be formally licensed and restore functionality to their apps.

I absolutely love this app. There have been many occasions where I have ordered a product online and been told that it would be being delivered by a different courier to the one that actually was used therefore I sometimes have trouble tracking the parcels. This app searches through a huge database of couriers with your tracking number and keeps all of your tracking in one place. There has not been an occasion where this app was unable to find and track my order. I definitely recommend this app over other apps that you have to pay money for because this is just as good if not better.

This is a pretty good app, does its thing well, although there is sometimes a time lag between an activity being shown on the Parcel Companies website and it being syndicated across to Parcel, which is a little frustrating if you are actually awaiting info on a specific parcel, as I was waiting this morning to see whether a parcel was actually going out for delivery, when I chose to check with the parcel companies website it indicated that the status 'out for delivery' had been changed about an hour previous but it took a further hour for Parcel to indicate this update. So things could be improved but I still find it very useful.
