Much better way of dealing with accounts.
Good to see park move with the times. As an agent of ten years I really do prefer using the app for ordering etc as when customers ask questions I can answer them rapid pr play about with potential orders to get them the amounts and info on how much weekly payments would be if they done x y and z. I would suggest that they allow us to delete inactive customers though and remove the auto default of you’re ordering for this customer... wait til we check out to assign the order. Also to be able to apply notes via customer if necessary that you could see too.
My first time as an agent and found the app good on my phone and my iPad. It’s good to see what’s happening on your account place orders and to add more to your order and how many weeks remaining also your weekly and monthly payments schedule so you don’t fall back with payments now that my orders are all complete my new orders have been placed
Park Hamper App
The park app is a great way to keep on top of orders , customers, payments and all other aspects of running a smooth account . I love how you can order ,change orders get stationary really do everything you need . I recommend anyone with a park account to use the app . Also saves phoning and speaking to someone to sort out orders and is much quicker .
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
