This app is to help you fall into an slow and drifting sleep, your not supposed to concentrate on her voice but on your own thoughts, her voice is there to talk your subconscious into falling asleep and this app is my favourite. It does work extremely well when used correctly, where even medication has failed for me this has given me support in sleeping. I would love if you could make music or her voice louder/quieter to set it to your own place, I'd have her voice a little quieter and the music a tad louder love this app.

I have probably tried and tested 50 different relaxation apps from meditation to hypnosis and can safely say this is by far the best!
It works every time for me and I wake in the morning feeling properly rested! The ladies voice is perfectly pitched - if you use these apps you will know that can make a huge difference to the experience! Highly recommend it and I'm going to try some of the upgrade versions now :)
This is the best App that I have tried for helping me get back to sleep. I don't usually nod off while I am listening to the speaking part, but it makes me relaxed enough to doze off while the music is still playing or soon afterwards. The music is much better on this than other Apps because it is not too intrusive. If you have problems sleeping, I would definitely recommend you give this a try.
