Take advantage of the step counting capabilities in your iPhone to improve your health. Pedometer++ lets you easily keep track of your daily and weekly step counts, without any impact on your battery life. You can view your progress each day from either the iPhone app, Today View widget or Apple Watch app.
You can also set the app to dynamically show your current step count as the applications badge. This will update dynamically throughout the day.

Pedometer++ integrates with the Health app in order to collect and display data collected by your Apple Watch. It can display your step count, walking distance, active calories and heart rate data.

You just need to remember to keep hold of your phone when walking/running!

This apps grate! I love the simple lay out and it's grate how it shows the whole weak unlike some other similar apps. I wish that it could give you an average amount of calories burned with the steps you've taken that day!:)
Love this app and use it every day. The only problem I have is the inconsistencies with the number of steps taken and distance covered. The distances can vary wildly with the number of steps being very similar but very different distances. Apart from that brilliant.
