Has been designed to encourage early looking/observation skills and develop basic touch and targeting skills. Wait and watch for the musician as they ‘peep’ from the top, bottom or side of the screen. Simply touch them to make them move centre stage and play a piece of music. There are 20 different characters and instruments to find.
Black background and brightly coloured musicians provide great contrast making this activity very suitable for users with visual and perceptual difficulties. Peeping Musicians is a fun way to help a child to develop hand eye co-ordination and learn to use a touch screen.
• Black background for maximum contrast with bright rewards.
• Minimum distraction - screen blank until musician appears.
• Encourage waiting for visual and auditory cue before touching screen.
• Develop visual location skills.
• Great for listening skills with real and fantasy musicians.

Love this App!
I am a Speech and Language Therapist working with pre school complex needs children and have just bought this app. I think it is fantastic. It could be used for so many communication skills such as understanding cause and effect, anticipation, joint attention, turn taking, initiating communication, single words -the list goes on! My 5 year old daughter loves it. She talks about which are her favourite characters and wants to know the names of all the different instruments. As you can probably tell I love it!
Assess functional vision in a motivating way
This app has encouraged young children with impaired vision and hearing to look, listen and touch. It has helped me understand how they use their vision better too.
Simple and effective
My son loves finding the characters and the music. It's helping him to practice his touch movements in a fun way. Could use autorotation.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
