Clearly not written by teachers! Delete the ridiculous words and tailor it for your own use.
I'm going to tailor this for my own use, as others have suggested. Firstly, I'm going through and deleting many words. Anybody who teaches reading knows that if a child is learning the initial sounds ie 'b', they can't read words like bicycle and balloon for gawd's sake! It's quite hilarious. As I teach phonics I have a good idea of how to manipulate this to suit the correct teaching methods. I'll be adding appropriate words and recording them myself as I tutor in homes apart from my own and don't always have Internet access, so I'll use this.

I have had this app for a few years now and it really is amazing. My four year year old has learned so many words and reads fluently better than most adult. This app second secondary to the gospel of John , Song of Songs and genesis. Has helped my children read so well. My daughter was reading fluently at age 2. Great resource. For independent study for kids. Just make the size supersizes. Job well done.

Once you click on record , the audio goes so law which is frustrating while teaching children sounds. I liked it when teaching my daughter 8 years back and I paid for the app that time. Now it’s free but major bug as blocks customer using this app. I have to delete it and reinstall each time when my 4 year old son clicks on ‘record’ button by mistake when I forget to hide it after installing this app. This is 12th time I will be deleting and reinstalling this app in past 6 months.
