Great but don't buy the full version!
7 levels might not seem like much, but if like me you didn't buy the full version and set yourself the challenge of completing all of them in sequence in one run-through it becomes a challenging yet oddly fulfilling experience.
You'll probably start off barely getting to the second level but with enough practice and patience you're able to get all the way through to some of the later levels and even overtime when starting from the very beginning. Playing this way has the perfect amount of balance between grind and reward for myself and it's really fun.
Don't be tempted to get the full version, I can't imagine it's anything like as good when given the easy option of just starting wherever you want. The game would be an entirely different, far shorter and WORSE experience by doing so.
If you liked Smash Hit you'll love this
When I played Smash Hit, I longed for a game with similar beautiful graphics, atmospheric music and enthralling gameplay and I was not disappointed. The only reason I rate it four stars is because the premium version is £2.29, although honestly I think it's worth it. What brings it down though is how the game can get quite repetitive without the premium package, so if you don't want to pay out be prepared to have to pass a lot of check points to catch up!!
In conclusion, I would really recommend the full version as it reminds me of Smash Hit so much, and I long for more games like these.
Promises so much...
But delivers so little! The soundtrack is brilliant, sure, and the graphics are awesome, and yes, it's extremely playable, but like so many reviewers, it is far too short, just 7 levels, and does not warrant the price for the full game. Which, by the way, only enables you to start a new game on any previously played level. I am now bored with this game that I have spent over £2.00 on. Also, the games centre activates every time you open the app, which is really annoying. I had more entertainment from other free games than this one. My advice? Play the free version, but please don't waste your hard earned cash...like I did!
