Ratings and Reviews

Great app

Helene LD

My 32 month old grandson has enjoyed this app. Kids can use the games and activities by themselves but they really are good for interactive learning alongside adults/peers too. One game encourages recognition of facial expressions and allows them to see their own expressions in the 'mirror' on the iPad alongside it. Yes, entertaining, but it can also develop vocabulary and emotional intelligence by creating discussion about feelings and emotions in a level they understand. Another enjoyable game is the pairs matching game which is good for developing visual working memory. The colouring app is very encouraging, using praise and making comments about colour and effort etc. One more thing, the narrator's voice is a child rather than an adult, which is much nicer, more like a peer and less like a school teacher.

Another gloriously well-produced offering from Nosy Crow...

A varied selection of simple but durable games that will keep their appeal for a long time. I've always enjoyed Spot The Difference, and the illustrations used for it here are gorgeous! Little fingers will enjoy the colouring in app, and the complete freedom it offers to redesign the familiar characters from the eponymous toddler books. A great app for car journeys.

Beautifully done

My 4yo daughter's new favourite thing! Clever, fun games with a delightful warm tone, both visually and in the game play. Everything works perfectly, with the tiny exception of a stubborn 'home' button. The 'making a face' game is a really joyful surprise and the best (only?) use of the iPhone's self-facing camera I've come across.
