Intel 3000HD Mac User Left Behind

Whilst after the release of El Capitan, Pixelmator were good enough to post a message on their support site stating that they were working on the problem and subsequently that situation had improved, I am afraid my own experience suggests otherwise.

The program will usually open, now, but it is unusable with files which have a number of complex layers. Frankly, they did not see the issue coming, they haven't solved it, and they appear to have come to the decision to leave users of slightly older macs behind.

The only outcome of that is that these users, I would imagine, are unlikely to trust Pixelmator software again.

Very good value for money, room for improvement

Will still rate it 5* despite lots of small/obvious things they could do to improve this.

The support response is fast which is reassuring.

fVery powerful and easy to use app. I’ve not had to install Photoshop now on a new machine, because I’m confident this can do everything I need.

Wishlist: Option to increase toolbar icon size, option to set it to remember not to constrain proportions on transform, customisable keyboard shortcuts to all tools.

Impressive vfm but weird interface , almost childish icons

The icons in the palette let it down , like something from Kidpix .

Also the select lassoo isn’t very accurate

Apart from that not bad at all , best thing is the price compared to elements
