Another awful experience
After reluctantly setting up a profile I was excited to see "xyz wants to meet you" messages arriving, I'm not the most handsome of men, so was dead chuffed to see such messages arriving, here starts the downfall, you can't see who without paying, but you can see the profile pic / user name in your notifications. They then show up in your feed.
Once I worked that out, of the 15 or so "wants to meet" messages, some were clearly fake accounts with links to websites, some girls are not my type but I managed to match with 3 women.
Of these 3 women, one was older, one was beautiful, one wasn't really my type, I just went along with it. 2 ignored my polite chatty messages asking for them to elaborate on their basic profiles, the other won't except messages from people like me (apparently these women want to meet me, they just don't want to talk)
So I now find myself swiping left and right on women, the online equivalent of saying "I would" to your mate when a girl walks past in the pub. I get the occasional match or profile view, it seems everyone wants to meet, no one wants to chat.
I'd have more chance of a conversation if laid on the hard shoulder of the M25, this isn't a good app for lonely people!
Dreadful app
I have had the worst experience ever, with an online dating app and I have used at least 6 sites. As an upgraded user, therefore paying for the service, my profile has gone offline several times within the app, I have been unable to favourite users and most importantly I have been unable to communicate with other users via the messaging service. I am not a multiple message sender, use inappropriate language or copy and paste messages or the user does not wish to accept my message. As suggested by a standard responses from their customer services. I have now just given up and waiting out the end of my subscription. As what is the point of being on a dating site if you are unable to communicate with other users. Useless!!
