The Premium Credit ‘My details’ mobile app provides a convenient and secure way to view your Credit Agreements and personal details on the go.
What you can do:

• Check the status of your Credit Agreements and their details

• Add your current and future Agreements to the app

• Protect your details with a 4 digit pin
New to this app? You’ll need to set it up by registering your device first. You’ll need:
• Your Credit Agreement reference number
• Date of birth and Postcode
• To pick a 4 digit pin
KEEPING YOU SAFE ONLINE
We use the latest online security measures to protect your personal information and privacy. Each time you log in you will be asked for the 4 digit pin you created when setting up the app
We won't contact you any more than normal if you use this mobile app.

Sometimes work most times doesn't save your time!!
Doesn't show me my credit agreement just a blank page and the add agreement button also deleted for this reason and reinstalled and now when I enter ref number is says error server unavailable this happened the first time I installed also internet version is much easier and quicker!! Save your time
doesn’t load so can’t see agreements, also not loading on there website, won’t be ringing them again either it cost me £17pounds waiting for them to answer the phone, just to be told a letter id had was sent in error ,also had another letter and emails regarding same issue i’d rang about , so i’m assuming also an error,i won’t be getting intouch about it again as the phone lines are a joke , apps are a joke , and the website well just a joke... don’t mind taking our money though , soon work on the pay now button 😡
This is a classic example of an app fail, agreement fails to get details phone times out and when you try again you have to enter all the details (which you can past from the email again.
