I love this app immediately. Its given me the confidence to be in the gym without the guilt or the price tag of a PT.

Obviously you still have to be aware of your own limitations. It doesn't give direction in regard to specific positioning i.e. Shoulders over wrists knees in line with hips etc- therefore 4 stars not 5. I believe you need some prior knowledge to avoid potential injuries.

But overall I think it's a great guide to work out that keeps you and your baby safe and healthy!

Fantastic!

Great workout - not too easy like most pregnancy workouts. Leaves you feeling like you've actually done something and the first time was actually rather hard!! Would really help to have a chime of sorts to let you know when an exercise is finished or starting.

Great prenatal workout

Really enjoying this. It's not really easy and does get the heart beating a bit. It's only 20 mins which is perfect for pre work exercises. Based largely on yoga stretches and muscle toning. Could do with some music or beeps to let you know when each exercise is done. But otherwise great!
