A brilliant VPN

I’ve been using PIA VPN for just under a year now. I used to use Nord VPN but PIA is better in every way. It’s faster and more stable and I’ve never had an issue were it’s buffering or just stops access to the net completely. That used to happen quite a lot with nord.
With PIA I have everything I want protecting, my iPad Pro my iPhone 13pro max and my MacBook Pro, protected. You can choose which server in which country you want to use and you can see which of them has the faster speed.
I would highly recommend this VPN. At the time I purchased it there were 1 or 2 other vpn’s that was cheaper but not by much and PIA VPN was a lot cheaper than the rest and you can save a big chunk more especially when you purchase 3 or 5 years in one go and I can still pay monthly instead of all in one go and still take advantage of the huge discount.
I’m very happy with this VPN and, unless something drastic happens, I will be renewing my contract when it comes up for renewal.

Latest version will not now hold a vpn connection for more than a couple of hours

Unbelievably, it got worse. Support emailed me with destructions on how to get my router to work after I updated the bios - of course that didn't work. Let me tell you about pia ... it just doesn't work ... don't bother with this sh1t coz it just doesn't work. I eventually switched to ExpressVPN and that does work both on mobile devices and routers no bother no sweat. Do yourself a favour, pay the extra to get a service that works.

Before the latest update, I could connection the vpn on my ipad or phone and it would stay connected until I disconnected and would very often stay connected all day. Now, after the latest update which supposedly improved VPN connection negotiation, it will only stay connected for at most a few hours - often it will disconnect vpn after 30 minutes. I don't see how this is called an improvement. Can we have the old connection negotiation back please - that worked. The whole point about vpn is security and privacy. It is not helping security and privacy if your app reverts to the normal (insecure) connection after a short while with you only finding out when you notice it.
Oh, and btw, auto reconnect doesn't seem to cure this problem/doesn't work either.

Private Internet Access supports IPSec, OpenVPN and WireGuard. They don’t log your traffic, everything is encrypted which stops your ISP and other corporations from monitoring or spying on you.

I’ve been using PIA now for a little less than a month and I’m sold on it. They’ve always provided excellent speeds and an impressive range of locations you can mask your IP Address to. I have used all 3 protocols available and found they’ve all worked great but, WireGuard is by far the best one to use as it provides the best speed possible(OpenVPN and IPSec are great but, speeds can be limited due to the way the protocols work).

I honestly have no complaints, great job to everyone who works at Private Internet Access! I highly recommend it to everyone!
