App performance terrible
I have just agreed to switch my gas and electricity to Pure Planet and for the past 5 days have been unable to communicate with them as the app crashes every time I try to open it.
There is no email address so no way to communicate with the company so you have no idea what is happening.
Currently wishing I had never started the switch if this is anything to go by.
I had to install Apple’s crappy mail client to activate the app after trying multiple times using Outlook and Gmail on my phone - this bug needs fixed. I hope the gas supply is smoother.
App crashes every run
I ran the app to enter readings to start my switch. On every occasion, the screen goes blue and nothing else. Happens on iPad and iPhone, and also after deleting and re-installing app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
