Great First Impressions iPhone 5s
I'm a seasoned weight trainer, the app is excellent with very good graphics, plus you can change your viewing angles which is a good training aid.
It gives you a CGI of proper form but there is also a CGI of bad form for you to compare.
Good set of exercises but not exhaustively complete, I use dumb bells for many exercises, would have been good if they were represented.
In summary this is an excellent app, well thought out and well executed, could do with a few more exercises but this is a minor gripe that doesn't warrant it dropping a star. 5 STARS EXCELLENT APP!!!!!
Oh dear..
Not compatible with iPhone/pod... Screen size does not fit, comes on for 30 seconds, crashes .... Non starter. Bit like my fitness regime in general, thanks for the help!! I give it one star and that star is because I didn't have to pay for it. Thank god. Surely apple should be testing an apps capability to actually be an app?! Wasted 2 minutes of my life that I won't get back.... and one minute of that was writing this review. Doh!
