Realist helps you identify and reflect on the moments you are not at your best - perhaps when you’ve been tense, frustrated, upset or stressed. Through guided reflection, Realist enables you to balance your mind, to understand what has contributed to making you feel that way, and make pragmatic choices for dealing with each situation.
Each day we will invite you to spend a minute logging those specific moments. You can then use an audio guide, we recommend at least once a week, to step you through a ten minute reflection. You'll gain confidence dealing with difficult situations in the future, and spend more time being the best version of yourself
