Three meditations of varying lengths allow you to relax deeply regardless of how much time you have available. Written Meditation Tips help support your experience with the guided meditations. No previous meditation experience is required.

-- Whole Body Guided Relaxation (24 min) - Relax totally and completely with this meditation which helps you locate tension in every part of the body, and let it go.
Each meditation can be listened to with or without music or nature sounds, and you can choose how long to listen to the music or nature sounds after the guided meditation finishes. Separate volume controls not only allow you to adjust the mix of voice and sounds to suit your preference, but give you the added option of listening to the music or nature sounds alone.

Great app I keep coming back to
I've used this app for over 18 months and it's really useful for finding time for resting and getting off to sleep. Its focus is on the breath and you can vary the type of sound you want, voice by itself, with natural sounds or background music. Perfect for those who have a lot on their mind and need some quiet time to rest.
I love this App. I downloaded it after all the positive comments and they have all proved to be accurate. At the end if the day I love the deep relax option and I do the body scan one every morning. The five minute breathing option helps me when life starts getting on top of me. I thoroughly recommend this App.
Brilliant app J have bought so many app for relaxing I would rather not say ( just not go upset myself ) but at last found one that is fit for purpose, well done you guys , keep up the good work .
