Once I concentrate on the voice I find I become relaxed quite quickly. I listen to the app at bedtime and it helps me fall asleep for a few hours. If I wake in the night ( this happens most nights) I listen again and usually manage to sleep again. Highly recommended
I've never written a review for an app before in my life, but I felt like I should actually comment on this one! I've listened to this app at least 10 times now, can't believe it but I've actually been so relaxed that I've fallen asleep every single time before the app has even finished! I struggled to relax before sleeping and could sometimes lie awake for ages....i just happened to stumble across this and thought I'd just give it a go! It's been the best relaxation thing I've found! If you're someone who really struggles to wind down and have a busy head last thing at night, this is def worth a go, it's very simple but really works in helping both your body and mind relax! Best app I've ever used!! Hope it works for other people as much as it did me!

This relaxation downloads is amazing, I having been having shoulder problems for weeks which is aggrevated by stress and tensions in my life. My physiotherapist told me I had to find ways to relax my muscles and thank god I found Andrew Johnson. His soft scottish accent makes you feel comfortable and the music is especially calming. I have listened to it every day since and now i listen to it everynight before going to bed - it evens sends me off to sleep now which shows me the level of relaxation i now achieve. I also downloaded the lighter version which i sometimes listen to at lunchtime as my job is very stressful and it makes my afternoon calmer.
Its a def buy. My shoulders are much better and more relaxed. I can spot very easily now if i am stressed and what i need to do to relax.
