Features currently exclusive to the Remote S app:
- Fully functional Apple Watch app
- Display battery/power usage even when not charging
- Display instant charging rate for fluctuating chargers instead of the average charging session rate that your vehicle displays
- Monitor all three ranges (estimated, rated, ideal/typical) at the same time without changing the settings in your car and up to the nearest 1/100th mi/km
- Estimated range is displayed (this takes the average consumption of your past 30 miles and estimates your battery range based on that past usage)
- See and copy the raw data returned by Tesla's API servers
- Check if your 75/75D is corked or uncorked
- Email a copy of your vehicle records
- 3D Touch menu for quick commands from the Home Screen
- Opens, connects, and issues commands faster than the Tesla app
- Avoid fees from Tesla: Alarm sounds when the car has completed charging at the Supercharger

- Camp Mode allows you to keep the HVAC on in the car even though there is no activity. Normally, the car will turn off HVAC after 30 minutes.
- Trigger HomeLink even if the car is plugged in, not in PARK, or you are not near the car
- View how many range miles are being used per hour
- Summon your car when not near it and without continuous press needed (autopilot required)
- remotes:// URL schema with custom commands - See 3.3.0 release notes
- Max cool and Max heat buttons to quickly send multiple commands to your car to optimize cooling and heating
- No-Commands Mode lets you log in the app for your family/friends to monitor your Tesla's location live without allowing them to issue commands to your car
- Breadcrumb tracking allows you to see the path that the car has recently taken
- Trip statistics shows your current MPGe, kWh used, miles traveled, kWh per 100 miles, cost savings vs. an internal combustion engine car, cost savings over the lifetime of your car, and many more fun stats.
- Save trip routes to different save slots and compare the distance, kWh used, cost, and more for each route
- Accurate odometer/range readout with decimal places
- In-app browser can detect commands from javascript and html so that you can create and use a webpage to control your car
- This opens up all sorts of functionality, such as scheduling, queued commands, and repeated commands
- Consolidated stats and commands into one screen for quicker and easier access
- Start/unlock car with Apple Watch without a password
- Ability to change passenger and driver temperature settings separately instead of always together

What's New

Version 3.4.3

- You can now check if your Tesla 75 or 75D is uncorked with this update on even the newest firmware. To do so, tap the Remote S logo on top and then scroll down and press the "Copy Car Config Data" button. The specific data you want to look for is called "perf_config". If you have a 75D (Model S or X), then a value of "P3" means that your car is "corked", while "P1" means "uncorked". If you have a 75 non-D Model S, then a value of "P1" means "corked", while a value of "P2" means "uncorked". For those who don't know, a corked model 75/75D can possibly have their performance upgraded (or "uncorked") for free during your next Tesla service visit. Sometimes the uncorking didn't actually happen even after a visit to the Tesla service center. With this update, you can now tell for sure if your Tesla has its performance uncorked.
- If you're looking to buy a used Tesla and want to know its hidden options, these might be useful to know: First, tap the Remote S logo on top and then scroll down and press the "Copy Vehicles Data" button to get the option_codes data. If you see APPB as an option, then the car has Enhanced Autopilot, and APF2 if it has Full Self-Driving Capability on top of that. If you see SC04, then the car has pay-per-use supercharging. If you see SC01 or SC05, then it has free unlimited supercharging.
- Added "Copy Car Config Data" as an option for raw data returned from Tesla's API servers. It is accessed by pressing the Remote S logo and scrolling to the bottom.
- Removed the Trunk/Frunk buttons for those who can't use them yet. So far only Model 3 vehicles can open/close the Trunk/Frunk through the app.
- Fixed a bug that displayed the sunroof and sunroof buttons for vehicles that don't have a sunroof.
- App no longer asks you for an app store review or rating shortly after getting a new app update.

Works a treat, love the extra detail that is available.

I've seen some negative views about the screen navigation. It's ok when you get use to it, it's just different to the official app. A bit more data available than the official app that I like.

Great but watch app is flaky

Like all the features and much quicker to connect and use than the Tesla app but watch app is fairly hopeless. Doesn’t connect reliable, summon won’t work at all even though phone does it fine with the app. Sort this and it would be 5 star

Five stars

Congratulations on writing a slick and feature rich app. Much more powerful, particularly now that the raw data is available. This has enabled me to cancel my TeslaFi subscription. Keep up the great work guys, and thank you!
