Very useful app, the latest update is great!

I’ve been using this app for just under a year now and it’s excellent. It’s helped me be more serious about my workouts since I can easily see my progress in terms of reps and sets, and has allowed me to adjust and refine my workouts to suit me.

I haven’t had the time to exercise recently until today, so returning to the app with the new update and features was good to see. I really like the display in the Notification Centre, and how it tells you your current exercise and set, as well as the time elapsed. It’s a good reminder of what you’re doing and can help with staying motivated.

I would highly recommend this app to anyone looking to log their workouts or take them more seriously any day of the week.

This app is too good.

Okay first of all, I do not write reviews for anything at all. The last time I wrote a review was for the the DVLA driving app back in 2018 or 2019 when I passed my theory. So this is the second time I’m typing a review and got to say this app is a game changer.

I have managed to log all my exercises with sets and reps. The best thing about this app is is that once you log all your workouts under the heading for example chest and triceps, it will remember what reps you did last week. So when you repeat the workout, you will know what rep to aim for and so on. It logs when you started and what time you finished. It’s highly effective.

If you guys are serious in building your gains and you cannot be assed typing in notes the reps and sets, then I highly recommend you use this. I never used to log my reps and sets until I came across this app. I’ve gotten stronger. I do not use notes anymore to log my workouts. You can even type a little note on the side.

Please developers do not mess this app up. Keep it the way it is. Update it now and then for it to work for newer phones.

Amazing

You can’t fault this app it’s with every pennny and is so easy and simple to use. This app is fool proof you have to be dumb to find it difficult to use I add my own exercises and makes everything easier I noticed people giving it less than 5 stars those people don’t know what there talking about there’s nothing wrong with this app and it doesn’t need improving it’s perfect. Don’t fix it if it ain’t broken.
