Level 2 is when you start to see improvement and some of those ABS begin to appear. The pain barrier is mild so when it bites just continue even though your technique might waiver. But you will master the technique. Body fat is reducing but it takes time as it's difficult to have a fat free diet. The extra mile is great. Money well spent
A great abdo work out app
This app is unlike others I've tried in that it's focused on 3 specific exercises at a time and again unlike others it asks for 18 reps each set for 2sets.
I know I've had a workout when I've used it.
I don't know for sure, but it seems like there's a scientific basis for the exercises and repetitions
An alright contribution to the runtastic series
Not a bad piece of software. Could do with some work on the volume interaction with IOS, lowers the volume thought out. The timing could do with some work, the exercises are generally bilateral in two parts, left and right. But the timing leaves you having and not quite knowing how long the exercise should take. A two beat counter would be more effective.
