Please Santander, sort it out!

Adding my voice reluctantly to the general clamour, because I do like this app and use it daily to keep track of my account, hence the two star rating instead of one; however I too am becoming very frustrated with the Offers freezing every time I try and look at them. Once I did succeed, but when I tried to view them on a map the app told me that I had not allowed it location access, which is not the case. Independently of this the app has a tendency to crash on a regular basis. I have re-checked my location permissions and deleted and reloaded the app, switching my device off for a few minutes in between; result: as before. I like banking with Santander but they are letting themselves down with this app's issues..

New layout addresses various omissions, the main one being able to see the available balance with the account balance, but grey on dark grey is virtually impossible to read for visually impaired on an iPhone screen that you can't zoom.

I am getting fed up of the app logging me out when I am scrolling through transactions. I could understand it if there was no activity taking place, but not when you are in the middle of doing something, it needs a countdown timer to warn you if that it is about to log off.

This leads me to the biggest omission that should have been addressed - TouchID- it has been around for some time now, but still nothing has been done about it. It should be easy to put your ID in then use TouchID for your passcode and Registration Number.

Could do better!

Along with a number of other people I find the site freezes when trying to access offers! I phoned the mobile banking unit and the lady on the phone said she had never encountered this problem before. A little white lie methinks. She suggested I delete the app and reload. Which I did and surprise surprise it STILL doesn't work. The only way to find what the offers are is to go directly into the Santander website NOT via the mobile app so can someone tell me what is the point of the App!!!
