What's New in Version 2.0
This new version of the SCO Showcase App contains many enhancements and new features:
* Support for Picture in Picture
Watch the SCO tutorials in a pop out window whilst working on your iPad, or following along using the same apps as in the tutorial.
* iPad Landscape Mode - Yay!!!
The most requested feature - you can now rotate your iPad to landscape mode, and access the Home Screen in the correct orientation.
* Resume from when last played
By default, the SCO Showcase app will now remember where you are up to when leaving a tutorial. When you re-open the tutorial, it will resume from where you left off automatically.
* Auto refresh of new tutorials
New content will appear automatically in the app without the need to close and re-open the app.
* Notifications (Optional)
The SCO Showcase app now supports notifications - please ensure to have notifications switched on (Settings - Notifications - ScreenCastsOnline Showcase) to receive timely notifications when new content is published and available in the app. We promise not to spam you with unnecessary notifications!
* iOS 9 Search Integration
SCO Showcase tutorials are searchable from the iOS 9 search panel. Just swipe down from the iPhone or iPad home screen and search for a subject e.g. 1Password - you'll see the individual 1Password tutorials appear in your search results. Tap on the entries in the search results and you'll be taken directly to the tutorial in SCO Showcase.
