Scoodle lets students ask & browse questions for free. To learn even more, students can book lessons directly with our expert tutors.
Unlike everyone else that offers tutoring, Scoodle is the world's first tutoring app that does not charge any booking fees to students and tutors. The outcome is simple: parents save money on lessons. That's why they love us!
It's no wonder that students from over 60 schools are already using Scoodle.
With a network of hundreds of experts, students have asked questions ranging from homework, university advice and career support. Asking a question can be done in less than 60 seconds, and students can also browse unlimited answers for free.
If a student wants to follow up and book a session with our tutors, we have built an excellent app experience. From ID checks to profile reviews and verification, we're proud to be loved by students and trusted by parents.
We're here for you whenever you need an answer, with hundreds of tutors and experts waiting to help. Whether you need help with your GCSEs and A-Level, or you need support with your university or job application, Download Scoodle now and get answers in minutes!
It's been a month but it's worth the wait! Since our last update, we have:
1. Introduced 'read status'. You'll know when your messages have been read.
2. Tweaked how payments work. Now, you'll have perfect tracking from lesson to payday.
3. Improved sign up (again). You can now sign up in literally 5 clicks or less.
Ratings and Reviews
I've used this app to book lessons mostly but I love how it has the ask a question section.
Really confused by the comments that say this is "fake". The reason you need your bank details is so you can pay / receive payment when you're a student / teacher!
Even saw one commenter say the reviewers all had similar names which I was shocked by - given I'm brown and know a lot of my brown friends use it for tutoring and finding tutors for their kids - so that's probably why. No reason why that means the reviewers are all the same Tom. Jeez.
Overall impressed but it seems flawed compared to when I first used it.
I love the idea of this app, don’t get me wrong but it has angered me that I can’t sign in to my older account after recently getting a new phone. My account was connected to Facebook but now ever time I try to connect it, nothing happens. As well as this, after making a completely new account, I have tried asking questions about chemistry in particular but it keeps on posting my question under the general topic. How am I meant to get an answer if English teachers are exposed to a chemical question? Please fix this as I am losing interest in using this app.
The reviews are fake (why do so many people have similar names?)
The app looks ok, though there a few bugs. My main issue though is that it just seems rather pointless. There are hundreds of irrelevant questions. The filter that’s supposed to get rid of the questions that aren’t relevant doesn’t work. And the questions that are there could be looked up on google or Wikipedia more easily (plus the answers there are more accurate). Also, there’s no filter or way to verify the answers that the teachers provide. I had a look over the answers being provided by “teachers” and saw just plain incorrect answers, misleading answers as well as bad English, and bad grammar. If that’s the case then it will do more harm to the student’s education than good.
