Stay in control of your monthly direct debit payments within the app. Our handy direct debit manager tool allows you to view your gas and electricity usage and adjust payments to suit your needs, helping you to know where you stand with your bills.

Monitor your energy usage and bills across the year, view a detailed breakdown of your gas and electricity and even email your bill with our simple usage and bills graphs. There is also some really handy energy efficiency tips to keep you on the right track.

Terrible customer service throughout my time with SP. Had smart meter installed in July, has not worked properly, have phoned numerous times,(spent literally hours on hold!) done everything asked of me, still not working properly. Asked for someone to come out, numerous times, been promised but never arrived. Just to add insult, have been given an estimated bill today, which was one of the main reasons for getting a smart meter. So disappointed, upset, and frustrated. Just want to be treated fairly. Please please contact me as soon as possible to try to sort things out, will go to the ombudsman (or equivalent) if I don’t here by the end of this week.

Customer service do not return queries


During the summer period 2017 and after using this app to submit my meter readings I noticed that it was updating but showing incorrect readings which according to the app I had used a substantial amount of gas and absolutely no electricity, 0 units! Bearing in mind I only have a gas hob and boiler. After emailing customer service via the app I received an email back saying they would look into it and since then there has been no further communications. I repeatedly emailed asking what the outcome was bit as of yet have received no response.

I had an issue submitting my readings via the app. This was due to it being the initial reading as part of the switchover from EDF. The support portal and the IM support team sorted my problem within 30 minutes. Not only addressing the issue but actually explaining to me what the problem was which you rarely get with IT service desks. Keep up the good work..
