New site, new version of this soon? Scrobbling issues

Generally, this is a very good app - I love that it scrobbles in real time. However, there is a major bug in it where it will stop scrobbling after 7 or 8 songs when you leave it running in the background. This means that you have to keep remembering to open the app every so often or you will lose your scrobbles. I sincerely hope this gets fixed in the next update (which ought to be soon, what with the new site going live recently, no?!)

It would be pretty neat if it also updated (even occasionally) your scrobble stats in app for songs/albums/artists. Currently, it only pulls this information once when you add the music to your phone - weirdly it does seem to update your total profile scrobbles though.

Doesn't always work

Sometimes it'll scrobble one track from 4 albums. You seem to have to select music through this player to even get anything scrobbled. Although sometimes using the music app it'll scrobble songs you have played if you open up this app, but sometimes it won't do anything or it'll "fail" to scrobble tracks you've listened to. It's pretty poor.

Edit: okay, so you have to use the app to play songs and have then scrobbled, it won't work with Apple Music app. So it's not too bad. But again I'd like failed scrobbles to retry or at least say why it's failed.

Ridiculously difficult to navigate

This app, along with their mobile website is ridiculously difficult to navigate. Even after you try to work out what is advert and what is app, I spent ten minutes and couldn't work out how to play music. I use these sorts of apps and sites all the time so it's not as if I'm a technoidiot. It is far from intuitive and the sheer number of adverts on the app and site is ridiculous. Happy to see advertising to keep apps free, but when it takes up so much of the screen, and makes it hard to work out what the controls are, then it looks to be greedy. Will not be using this to stream music, will be going elsewhere.
