I absolutely love this app. Keeping a food diary helps me no end. I'm a slimming world member and keeping track of what I eat is a must for me. So taking pics through the day is just fab. All logged for you and so easy! Plus you don't over eat as you can see exactly what you're having.

Focus on the get set goal.


This is a great diary of what you eat. It’s best effective for me to plan the next day meal, as the normal day can be quite hectic with appointments. The extra feature to monitor your goals is ideal, as you do tend to forget your goal - they unfortunately get buried with unexpected changes in your day.

Great tool


Really good tool to remind you when to eat and keep your blood sugar levels in control. This App has really helped me to get over my cravings and eat healthier! It has also taught me i can sometimes treat myself as long as i Will go Back to healthy eating! 80/20 rule! Thank you!
