Club wars, no thanks

Played this game one and off for over a year now. It’s always been something to hop into when I have a few spare minutes which has been fine up until today. Last night club wars was introduced and what a laborious task this seems to be.
As it’s early days things may change for the better. Hey I may even have miss understood the club war thing all together and my review may be a totally wrong but I’m giving my opinion anyway.
So you have to complete war deliveries, much like shipments and the cargo deliveries which in itself isn’t too bad. These war shipments items are collected so you can launch your attack. However this means more stuff to fill your inventory which isn’t so great because as someone who doesn’t play for more than a few minutes here and there I don’t often find the parts to increase storage capacity. Trying to buy them in the market for hasn’t panned out too well. Not only that but you gotta have around 30+ free slots in the inventory just to hold the items for an upgrade 🤔.
So then my next issue is unless you want to use the same style of attack each time you need keys. Again as a very casual player I don’t often get these due the fact I nearly always miss shipment deadlines. Therefore I have next to no mountain items nor beach and these have been available for ages.
For a casual player this war feature is rubbish in my opinion.

Good game

I have been playing Sim City a while, more on and off than anything because it's a very time-investing game. It is a good addictive game to try and build the best city and I do enjoy.

However, for people like me who like playing it but can't afford to invest all the time into the game or don't want to spend actual money to help progress their city, then this game hits a dead end.

I strongly believe that with a few minor adjustments, this game would be more superior. Adjustments such as making the items for expansion (dozer, beach and mountain equipment) more accessible; whether that's purchasing them from someone in the game who specifically sells the expansion items for Simoleons or completing tasks to receive these items.

Also, making it easier to receive cash, gold keys, and platinum keys as some items can only be purchased using these and, personally, I write off items that cost 100 gold keys or 50 platinum keys because it's not easy to acquire these keys and I'd have to invest a lot of time just to buy one item using the keys.

Overall, I think some of the items in the game cost too much for people like me who don't invest lots of time into these games. Maybe choosing between two game modes is a good option? One mode being the way the game already is and one being the same, just more relaxed, where things don't take as long to process (materials, cargo ship missions) and things don't cost as much. Just a quicker and cheaper version of the game.
