Simply what I've needed

I have wanted to try yoga for years but never found a class that I enjoyed. I'm a bit self conscious. Simply Yoga is perfect. Have been doing it at home for a few weeks and very quickly became addicted. I am in control of how I practice. I am stronger, calmer and have good muscle tone. I've even now begun a meditation course. I feel amazing.

Great app

Been using this for nearly a year now, great pre-set sessions, quick and easy to do most days to keep up a routine.
Would be good if it were easier to set your own sessions, e.g. Move things around more easily (rather than deleting everything you just entered) or just being able to edit more easily.


I've been using this app for a few months now, the 20 min session is ideal in the mornings and IT WORKS... Feeling much more supple, toned, calmer & fitter. Tried level 2 but not quite ready for that yet ☺️ I'm 50 and intend to keep doing this for as long as my body will allow.
