When it works, which is very rare, it’s a great way to keep up with my children, including reports, homework, awards, attendance records etc. However, it’s horribly, slow and cumbersome-and that’s when it actually works. The majority of the time there’s a server error, or the logins don’t work. It’s time Capita fixed the reliability and speed of this app. At this point there is really no point in using it-but there also isn’t an alternative portal for parents to use, so we’re forced to use this half-baked excuse for an application. Sort it out, Capita-it’s nowhere near good enough!
Was asked by child’s school to review this APP. It’s honestly not worth the effort. Problems signing into it initially. Lots of options presented many of which were just dead links. Eventually I registered but the APP repeatedly said ‘unable to load user profile’ and just freezes leaving you in limbo. Have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times that it really isn’t worth the time that I am having to devote to it. If this is the future of school communication then we are all in trouble. Very disappointing from a company who brand themselves as a market leader in the education sector.
Terrible signing in system
Can’t understand why our school’s choices was that weird payment system. I’m as a parent never can even sing myself in to my account. Always something wrong and system asks to try it again, when I do it again it says your invitation ID been just claimed and suggest me to ask a school for another one, so I do that and it’s goes on and on all the same a second year already. So far I still pay cash or cheque for my kids’ lunches as never had a chance to use the system for that porpoise, just waisted a lot of my time on it.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
