Great app but
They charge to much and they sometimes cheat they send you a massage from a fake profiles after that even if you aren’t using there app they will email you that you receive a message to see the message of course you have to buy the membership
I don’t have problem with app it’s works fine but when u are not using it they will try to cheat you so they can earn some haram income as a Muslim and using a Muslim dating app I don’t think proper Muslim should use this app where they cheat to a Muslim brother and they earn haram money
(It’s works perfect when you buy there membership but when u don’t buy they text with you with a fake profile and put on you light pressure to buy there membership and you are the one who paid for it and get scam)
Unethical
The site is okay there are genuine profiles and decent and honest people looking for relationships. However from a users point of view the site is quite bad - poor customer service and the site uses unethical practices to get you to buy the gold membership. Whenever I've not had a membership I've had messages from what appear to be fake profiles - At times I've received messages from the same profile. I once got in touch when I received one of these messages and Hussain from the customer care department was dismissive of the issue and said "I apologise if I have come across as sharp or blunt" after I raised and showed how bad the customer service was.
I’m my experience SM is unethical and has bad customer service.
Slow app and in my ‘Opinion’ I find it’s fixed
The app isn’t great it’s awkward to use, I write a message but can’t see what I’m writing because it hasn’t refreshed, it does it all the time and it’s not my internet. The app in general is payed out wrong not a fan.
2nd in my OPINION i find this site to be fixed a guy becomes a member and your inundated with messages BUT to see the messages you need to pay! I unluckily got duped and paid, the messages are written as is it’s been sent to a thousand people and feels like they either work for the app to get people to join by messaging them and pay to see the message, and also it’s a website and app it’s here to make money. I find it sneaky, don’t get me wrong it’s for Muslims to meet people which is good but shouldn’t play games like that should be free.
