I'm annoyed that in this latest update they've changed it so that they split out the Recorded and Scheduled programmes on the A-Z view. I like to be able to see the Scheduled on the same list as the Recorded because it's easy to check if a scheduled recording has got accidentally deleted or to spot when a series has come to an end. I used to use the App a lot more than the Sky box planner for that reason but now they've updated it I'm stuck again. Why not give it as an option? There's enough other options and filters. A shame because if I'd have left this review yesterday before the update, I'd have given them 5 stars.
Connection issues still remain. Separating future recordings from those on the hard drive is annoying. Otherwise seems to work fine on latest iPad. It did NOT work on iPhone 6s and at first claimed the disc and schedule are empty, which they patently are not. Needs sorting out urgently. However, overnight it seems to have sorted that issue out and now works again. Confidence in the app slightly restored but the app and firmware in the box itself still need properly fixing.
Grid view needs seeing to
Very useful app. Excellent on iPad but on iPhone 6, iOS 9.1, the programmes do not align with their channels in grid view but are 3 rows lower. However you still have to tap where each programme should be to operate it! (This has now been fixed so it's a great app - easier than using the remote.)
