Buggy. Slow.

Picture the moment: you're on the train to work watching a TV show you've downloaded. You get a text. Flick out of the app, check your text and flick back within 15 seconds. You'd assume that the app would recognise you and play back where you were? Nah. It starts again. Clearly checks credentials, that you're in the right country, slowly tries to load the home page (which takes ages because you're in a train and the signal is rubbish), you have to find the download again and start it, finding that it's jumped back 30 seconds. This happens again and again.
Quite often, that's if you're lucky. Quite often it just goes blank with sounds and you have to restart.
The search is rubbish. The downloads take ages and only over wifi (why? I've got a massive data plan. Let me choose. I'm an adult.)
It even restarted after a refresh once and said that I had to be connected to the net to restart. I was on a plane. For seven hours and had hoped to watch films on it.
Sort it out, Sky. Your competition is way ahead of you.

So many complaints. Shame on you. I saw my first TV when I was about 8 years old. The screen was about 12 inches (30cm) square. The chairs were lined up theatre style in my Grandmothers 'front room' and we all sat down. The set was turned on and we waited, and waited some more. Then a grey and white picture appeared; it was Her Majesty the Queen giving her Christmas speech. When it was over the set was turned off and the seats dispersed back throughout the house. The afternoon was spent having a great discussion about what had been heard and the magic of 'the tube'. Would the day come when everyone could afford one. Would it replace the 'pictures'. Now I can watch where I like, when I like, in colour, pause, rewind, download, stream etc. etc. It's only when you haven't had you appreciate what you now have. Thanks Sky for making it possible.

Great App but

Love the app and have been using it for a long time now but it is annoying that only limited to 4 devices in the house and if you do change devices you have to wait a month before changing them again.

Having a lot of problems with buffering especially when I add a Bluetooth speaker to get added volume on my devices, was working fine but when I add a Bluetooth speaker to my iPad it doesn't seem to like it anymore which is very frustrating as all it does is buffer, sort these issues out and it would be a fantastic app, overall though very happy with the app.
Would be helpful if it remembered the last programme you were watching
