I agree with other comments the ads are so annoying. I can skip them on TV by recording & fast-forwarding through them but have no such option here. A lot of other apps give you the option to skip ads after a few seconds but no this one. You'd think Sky were making enough money with the constant rise in subscription charged! Also that annoying bar at the bottom of each story that you end up opening when it pops up as you scroll down the page. So called related stories full of more ads.😡😡😡😡😡
Furthermore have being trying to watch video clips about the awful events in Paris and they don't even have enough respect to remove the adverts from these videos. It's not like sky need the revenue they turn enough profit every year.
The title says it all - intuitive. It's the best news app I've encountered, because it's so easy to navigate. This is a credit to the design team, for implementing a wide range of areas in news, so that its focused, and brought to you in both video and print.
Sky have understood that the iPad Pro is mostly used in landscape, and it also carries picture in picture support for live news feeds, which is ideal for the morning, when you need to catch up on news, but need to get some work done.
Some alright updates but videos are still lacking and often crash. Animations feel clunky also.
Do you guys even support low power mode, battery consumption is crazy!
Wish there was a way to get a synopsis of the day at night to quickly catch up on main events? Maybe idea to consider?
