How does the subscription work?
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period and your account will be charged £4.99 / €6.99 per month for Pack 1 or £9.99 / €12.99 per month for Pack 2. You can manage your Account Settings after purchase.

Sky Sports Mobile TV subscribers who joined before 5 September 2013 will continue to pay the price they paid when they first subscribed.
Do I need this app if I am a Sky Sports Customer?
No. If you’re a Sky TV customer with Sky Sports 1 & 2 pack you can already watch all 7 Sky Sports channels at no extra cost with the Sky Go app on your iPhone and iPad.
What are the streaming requirements?
A minimum continuous Wi-Fi continuous speed of 600kbps or 400kbps for 3G/4G data is recommended. Streaming can use up a lot of data, so if your broadband/ 3G/ 4G package doesn’t give you unlimited data you need to check that you have an adequate monthly data allowance. You’ll be responsible for all costs charged by your mobile/ broadband service provider.
Can I use AirPlay or Chromecast?
Unfortunately we do not support Airplay or Chromecast.
Why is there is no sound when watching a channel?
If there is no sound please ensure that your device's mute switch is not enabled.

I don't ever review any apps but nothing has angered me more than this pile of trash. I've had it for a long time and it's always been a bit mediocre but sort of worked and you'd forgive it since it offered Skysports for a fiver. Now after STILL paying it just doesn't work at all. I try to watch something it says I need subscription, I try buy subscription it doesn't let me, I check if I have subscription it says it's not expired yet. In all honesty, Sky just fire all the idiots you hired to make this app. Go look at you're competitors your app looks like trash and functions even worse.

UPDATE: Fixed it by doing this.
So interestingly when I tried to subscribe when connected to my BT home broadband it failed again. However when I switch off wifi and used my mobile broadband it subscribed straight away and channels worked again. And switching back to my BT broadband still worked as the app was subscribed again.
Would give it zero stars if possible as doesn't work anymore. Like others on here I have the same issue of it saying in an subscribed but keeps prompting to subscribe when I click on a channel.
Tries loading up on my old iPhone 6 and works straight away.
Please fix this app as you are taking my money without providing the relevant service. And whilst you are at it maybe look at what other apps are offering now instead of trying to ram Sky Q down our throats at every advertising opportunity.
Hasn't been working
Had this subscription for a few years but for some reason even after taking money for it out of my account for ,on this it hasn't been working, keeps telling me to re subscribe and to log in, then tells me I have an active subscription yet when I try to load a channel it keeps passing me back to the start of t all again, absolute joke, tried getting in to uh with sky.. no reply.. and there's no way of getting in touch with apple directly about it.. might as well be a scam
