PREPARE FOR THE WORLD’S FIRST ENDLESS ACTION RPG
Slayin will test your skills like no other endless game on the App Store. Don’t get yourself fooled by its charming retro graphics and motivating chiptune soundtrack. In this game, death lurks behind every corner!
Your task sounds all so simple. First choose from one of three heroes: knight, wizard and knave. Then slay as many monsters as possible, while leveling up and getting more powerful equipment and spells along the way. But there’s a catch: once you die, you’re gone for good!
On your journey you will travel through numerous locations and encounter dozens of different monsters and fearsome bosses. Eventually, you will even have to face the giant dragon of legend. But he will not part with his treasure easily. Only the most worthy adventurers will be able to complete this task and become a true hero. Get ready for some slayin!

Really fun, Highly Entertaining.
So the game starts of and the tutorial tells you how to play, There are 3 buttons: Left, Right and your special move. You start with a knight with a sword and you use left/right to point the sword to slay the enemy creatures the knights special move is to jump so you can dodge others and kill flying enemy. The game it's self is a small rectangular box where creatures come thru' the ground or fall from the sky if you get hit you take damage so you have to be looking where they spawn not only where your killing. Every 10 levels (You kill 'x' amount of enemy to level up) there is a boss who is harder to kill. The game is highly entertaining but annoying cos' when you die you have 1 life so be careful 😀
Fun and Funky game
This game is definitely worth the 69p your paying for it! It's such a different, retro, manic but fun game and you'll soon find your self in max concentration mode! I've managed to get to level 55 so far and I am just about to buy the wizard, if you think that it will take a long time to buy the other classes, I got 1600 'f' without challenges in my level 55 run so once you start to get the hang of it, it shouldn't take too long! Only thing that I have found bad is that you need to spend most of your money on food or armour to be able to get to a high level when you really want the different weapons! Buy it now.
Limited gameplay and costly upgrades
You start the game with only the knight and the cost of additional characters is very expensive considering you only earn points by running left or right and jumping (the knight's 'special' move).
The simplistic gameplay seems to work, but with the yolo mechanics you are faced with a repetitive grind before you can add variety to the game. Each run does come with 3 seemly random objectives which add a little interest.
Got bored after the first few plays due to the limited progression and repetition.
A few gameplay tweaks, perhaps character specific or generic upgrades in the tavern, the ability to swap characters in battle tag team style, a second special ability, special ability purchasing...
