Seems to work really well


My previous sleep app moved to a subscription model and I decided I didn't want to pay that, so looked back on the App Store and found this one. It's working accurately as far as I can tell :)

My one suggestion to make it 5 star would be for the developers to make it so the six variables are... well, variable. I'm not a drinker, so I'm rarely if ever going to use the glass of wine variable - but I do know that meditating before I sleep makes a difference to the sleep quality, it would be nice to be able to relabel the buttons so you could track your own variables.

First night is a disappointment.


This is by no mean a definitive review, I will come and update/delete it when necessary.
But my problem is (and I couldn't find any help when doing an internet search or in the help section) that after my first night using the app, I woke up and was eager to see how it had tracked my sleep (or lack thereof) and... nothing. Light and deep sleep were at 0% and it basically showed that I was awake the whole night!
I did put my phone next to my pillow, though it was also towards the edge of my bed (I have a small 1 person bed). And my mattress is an old, "bouncy" one, so could these factors rig the sleep tracking? An answer would be much appreciated, cheers!
